Once we have handed over your order to Bpost or DPD, you will receive the track & trace code by email. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours before your order can be tracked. In case of delays, this may take several business days.

If you have not yet received your order, one of the following situations may apply:
You have not received your order within the delivery time.
If you have not received your order within 3-4 working days, there may be a delay in our shipping center or with our carriers (Bpost or DPD) who will deliver your order.
Once you have received a track & trace code for your order, it may take up to 24 hours before the code provides information about the status of your order.
Your track & trace code indicates that my package has been delivered, but I have not received anything.
Does your track & trace code indicate that your package has been delivered, but you have not received anything? Then we would like to ask you to check whether your package may have been delivered to your neighbors.
If your neighbors have not received your package either, please contact our customer service .
Your order has been delivered to the wrong address If your order has been delivered to the wrong address, we would like to ask you to contact our customer service .

Do you want to place an order from another country within Europe? Please contact our customer service , we will be happy to help you. The order can only be delivered in Belgium or the Netherlands. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver orders to other countries within Europe.
Together with Bpost and DPD we strive to deliver your order to you as soon as possible in good order. Unfortunately, it may be that the courier cannot deliver your package. This usually happens in one of the following situations:
- The shipping address is incorrect due to a typo
- Your package was damaged during delivery
- The label of your package was damaged during delivery
In these cases your package/order will be returned to us.
As soon as your track & trace code states that your package is being returned to us, your package will enter the return process. From the moment we receive your package, we will contact you.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or make adjustments to an order that has already been placed, as it will automatically be sent to our shipping center for processing. This allows us to ship orders faster and ensure that customers receive their order as soon as possible.

Return Policy
ITD Fashion Outlet guarantees a refund for the returned items, provided that they are in the same condition as you received them. This means that the items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unused (except for trying them on) and undamaged with all labels and price tags attached. If the returned item has been used and therefore does not meet these conditions, you are liable for the depreciation. This depreciation can be up to 100%. All returned items will be individually checked at our shipping center.
The items you want to return are your own responsibility until we receive them. Therefore, we would like to ask you to carefully pack the items to prevent damage during transport. We also advise you to ask for a proof of shipment at the parcel point, so that you can track your return shipment.
If you want to exchange an item for a different color or size, that is no problem at all. More information about exchanging an item can be found here.

The direct costs of returning the items are at your own expense.

Excluded products
Excluded from the right of withdrawal are products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, and whose seal has been broken after delivery. For hygienic reasons, jewellery, underwear and socks cannot be returned.
Legal right of withdrawal
Our return and cancellation policy complies with the legal requirements. You have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically receives your order. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must send back your items before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of revocation
We aim to refund the purchase amount as soon as possible, but in any case within 14 days after termination of the agreement. We may wait with the refund until we have received the items, or until you have demonstrated that you have sent them. The amount of the return shipment will be refunded to the same payment method with which you originally made the transaction.

Your order
After placing an order, we always send an order confirmation. If you have not received an order confirmation, we advise you to perform the following steps:
- It can sometimes happen that the confirmation is delayed, this can take up to 24 hours.
- The email may have ended up in your spam folder. You could check to see if it is there.
- Check if your email address is the correct email address and if there are any typos. Sometimes the browser automatically fills in an email domain, which causes your email address to be incorrectly written. (for example: name@hotmail.com instead of name@gmail.com).
- Have you just placed your order? Then it is possible that your order is still being processed in the system. This can take some time.
- Has the purchase amount been debited from your account? If this is not the case, your order has not been placed successfully. We advise you to place the order again.
If one or more items are missing from your order, one of the following situations may apply:
- After placing an order, it can unfortunately happen that an item is no longer available. This can happen because you ordered the same item at the same time as another customer. If you have not received an email from us about this, please contact our Customer Support Team. Click here for more information about the refund.
- Large orders, or orders containing large items, may be delivered in multiple packages. If this applies to your order, you will receive multiple track & trace codes by email.
Unfortunately, we cannot edit orders or change details after the order has been placed.
If you want to cancel your order, please contact our customer service. Customer service will cancel your order if this is still possible. Unfortunately, it is not always possible to cancel an order. We have set up our processing procedures in such a way that the order is immediately forwarded to our dispatch center, so that we can deliver orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we may no longer be able to cancel your order.
